Remote Business Analysis

Many business leaders struggle with utilizing their ERP system to improve business performance.  The maze of cross functional processes and modules is not easy to navigate.  They also struggle with understanding the entire system, how much could be used and how much is actually being used effectively.  I designed the Remote Business Analysis (RBA) to help business leaders understand both of these issues.

We have also developed the technology (see our MAX Systems Review offer) to electronically analyze your data and assess the depth and breadth of system usage. Both can be accomplished remotely - a definite plus in this global pandemic.

This process differs from our traditional BPA in that it utilizes proven quantitative metrics that are grounded in your actual data.  With that data, combined with my experience and knowledge, I will deliver my assessments on your actual performance, both good and bad, against the metrics. I will also provide assessments on your current system configuration and data, and based upon your narrative of missing, yet required, processes, show you your actual system usage.  Both expose the quality of data and your business processes (or lack thereof). My detailed, written report will contain the data, my assessments and recommendations for improvement.
