Improving the quality of the production function and reducing downtime caused by defective material begins with a solid receiving inspection process. With minor data policy and process changes, you can use your MAX ERP system to streamline your incoming inspection and get material on the shelf more quickly.
This SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) tool helps manage the flow of material through receiving and incoming quality processes by providing queue management for all quality stockrooms (i.e., receiving inspection, material review board, awaiting disposition, etc.). Monitor items awaiting inspection, determine priority and assign workload by inspection type, age in queue, and demand from open requirements and/or upper level customer orders. Drill down into incoming or outgoing transactions for details. Report the results from inspection activity, by time, unit of measure, part, acceptance or rejection, and supplier. Calculate a supplier quality rating (i.e., supplier yield percentage) for your supplier performance management system.
