The MAX Systems Review (MSR) is a service offered to help business owners and operating managers understand how effectively their organization is using their MAX ERP software. Using the MSR Database Analysis Application (proprietary software), table and field level information may be quickly collected and summarized for review. The tool quickly identifies the depth and breadth of usage within any MAX company database. 

The data generated from the application offers the opportunity for the customer to have a conversation with the consultant, specifically trained on mapping data to MAX business processes, that is grounded in facts from the database and not just hearsay. The results are a list of MAX features and functions that are licensed at your organization, but not in use. These represent areas where additional benefits may be obtained from your MAX investment for very little added cost.
