KnowledgeSync Alerts & Automation (KSAA) can monitor your ERP database and "alert" your team when action is required.  For example, an email notification can be sent when a large sales order is rescheduled or cancelled.  You could generate the same report using Crystal Reports, Excel, or SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), but with KSAA you can be notified immediately. 

Using the same alert, and a little bit of SQL processing, you can perform tasks to save time.  For example, when a part "trips" its reorder point you can automatically create the Purchase Requisition (PR) using the data that is already stored in the database.  Once created, the PR can be electronically converted to a purchase order with a single click in the MAX Purchasing Schedule.  That is much more action than producing a report!
